Preview/Edit button only seems to work on the right side #53

See attached image - for some reason, when using this theme causes the preview/edit button to be nearly unclickable except from the bottom right corner.

Only when approached from the bottom right, does it work as expected.

Submitted a pull request with the change that fixed it on my windows machine.
