I am really unsure whether this has something with the code or rather the library itself. However, I am really unsure how to fix it and ran across this on various platforms. Perhaps somebody else ran across this error.
It occurs after a few iterations of training or prediction which is a little surprising to me. Initially it runs fine but interrupts after a while.
In any case thanks for the starter code @radekosmulski - would have loved to make this my first kaggle entry.
