Make a phone call and bring the keypad up (by pressing the button on the middle of the screen). End the call or wait for other side to hang up. Next time you make a call, you will see the top 3 buttons of the keypad at the bottom of the screen, when it should not appear at all.
To stop this, you have to make sure you close the keypad before ending any call.
