Incorrect output message in feedback box after undo command #5

After deleting Bernice Yu and then executing undo command, the feedback box shows "New person added: Bernice Yu; First parent phone: 94444444; Second parent phone: 86898742; Email: berniceyu@example.com; Address: 345!@# Cambridge Street; STUDENT_ID: 00002; Tags: [Colleagues][Friends]; Class: 3B". Even though this is what the app is technically doing, it is still misleading as the user is not actually "adding" the person "Bernice Yu".

Instead the app should show something like "Undo Command Success" so that the user is clear of what the app has done.
