Investigate adding interests and career goals to internships. #750

Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-750.

After further discussion, we are only going to add keywords to interests. Then we can find the keywords that match an internship, then we can add interests to internships.

Using interests we can match internships to career goals, courses, and opportunities.
