1. We don't have google api permission.
2. Please tell us how a student can take permission for language translation 
api.
3. For how much time we can use this api i.e no of characters. 

version of the product google android-translate-api-1.1
operating system is Android.
Additional information:-i am a student not professional sir,we need this google 
api for our college project.
