What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running Chrome Vox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The voice for ChromeVox is extremely odd and incomprehensible... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ChromeVox 40.0.2178.0
OX 10.10.2
