Bump version number to 6.1.0 to make NonGNU ELPA install correct version. #139

NonGNU ELPA uses the commit that changed the version number as the stable version of the files. Therefore, without the bump, it would install an older version of the file prescient.el, which won't work with the Vertico and Corfu integration packages.

@raxod502, what are your steps for releasing a new version? I've seen the following:

Update file versions
Update CHANGELOG
Add a Git tag
Add a GitHub release

Are there others?

It's just those, yes. I copy the relevant changelog section into a GitHub release for the tag and edit the newlines so it renders properly for GitHub-flavored Markdown.

Feel free to make releases whenever you like; I believe you should have the necessary administrative permissions.
