Replace dumb-jump obsolete interface with xref-backend #464

dumb-jump now uses the xref interface so they suggest to add this dumb-jump-xref-activate hook to the xref-backend-functions.

Also, this thread has some discussion around the topic, mentioning some alternatives to the dumb-jump-go command - but not sure what you'd like to do with that or go about this. Cheers
