Disabled features are still missing from the read only view

We should reconsider the verbage for "Disallowed Tags" as well as "Disabled Features" Maybe we should add back some verbage like "Entities to Map"

Features to Map: Features Not to Map:

Tags Not To Add?

Map: Do not map:

Do not tag

Include Features: Exclude Features?

Exclude Tags?

Whatever we pick should be consistent

discouraged feature

When a discouraged feature is entered with no value we either need to get rid of the "=" or add a "*" wildcard
