label:description/processing:lineage: Allow CommonMark #950 #998

Proposed Changes:

All description fields in STAC allow CommonMark for text formatting.

labels:description does not allow it yet, so I propose to add it.
processing:lineage would also be a good candidate, so I propose to allow it.
