On pipeline complete: have a meaningful name for the output file #106

From @adulbrich: I'm thinking having a name that contains the timestamp first (ISO 8601), e.g., 2024-01-26T23:41:40Z if using UTC and something else to differentiate if we run it on multiple folders/sets? Maybe some unique part of the path.

Output is named output.hdr if only images are selected, otherwise the output image has the name of the input directory.
