Only grab images from input directories #67

Sometimes there's another file in the directory that causes the pipeline to fail, e.g. .DS_store on macOS at least

Complete, in branch _batchfixes. Checks for files with JPEG, jpeg, JPG, or jpg extensions and ignores other files. Will wait for PR until I've done a few other fixes
