Add path input field for raw2hdr #72

In settings, have a field for raw2hdr path, and edit BE to use this path instead of the hdrgen path

I'm actually unsure if the hdrgen path should actually be used for both hdrgen and raw2hdr binaries – is it always packaged together under hdrgen?

Can remove this input field if that's the case.
