Try to compile and use pfstools to generate HDR images on Mac outside of the app

Was able to eventually successfully compile pfstools from source code. Notes are in the shared Drive folder. Next, I'll investigate whether the command pfsinme *.CR2 | pfshdrcalibrate -b 16 -r linear -c none | pfsoutrgbe output.hdr –radiance can work inside the app
