Adds support for audio ads #12

Will need to assess what changes are necessary and what would be the scope of this feature. Feedback or PR welcome.

Done in 1.4.0. After review we decided to implement audio ads support in HTML5 video. Audio ads in HTML5 audio are out of scope of rmp-vast for now as focus is on HTML5 video.
