fix for Viewable impression event #38

This fixes the issue: https://github.com/radiantmediaplayer/rmp-vast/issues/33 where viewable impressions events (like: Viewable & NotViewable) not firing when the vast file contains a Wrapper tag.

This is now included with rmp-vast 6.0.0 (through upgrade to vast-client-js 4.0.0)
