Useful notebook diffing tool #68

nbdime is provided by the jupyter project and allows for intelligent diffing of notebooks, as well as providing an automated command to integrate with the git config for automated git-diff support. This seems like it could be useful to have around.

Are you using it? Would be good to get feedback from a few users before adding more stuff to the docker image.

I have messed with it, but definitely would like some more feedback. I'll pass it along to see what others think
