Tests are passing. I checked all current notebooks, they give expected results.
Main changes:
Enforced nx=ny for laser pulses
Corrected a units error in ABCD matrix calculation from fenics
Implemented the LCT fix
Changed the crystal pumping functions to remove duplicate code
Updated the propagators to use some util functions that save space and eliminate a for loop
some other general cleaning
