add thermal example nb with robin bc and h calculation #133

Created an example thermal notebook with BELLA parameters and Robin boundary conditions. Notebook also includes a calculation for the heat transfer coefficient required by the new boundary condition. Notebook can be found under examples/thermal/rslaser_fenics_robin_bc04.ipynb

Notebooks need to be moved over to the rslaser-examples repository.
