@bnash and I added a thermomechanical displacement calculation to the linear optics notebook which lets us determine the displacement required to get focusing agreement between simulation and experiment with the common K_c = 0.33 W/cm/K. We include ABCD matrices , calculated via FEniCS thermal simulation, for varying K_c and calculate resultant wavefront focal lengths.
