In NLThermalSaturation.ipynb: Convert heat maps from u to T. #84

In NLThermalSaturation.ipynb, we simulate the nonlinear heat equation using the energy density u as the dependent variable. (This simplifies the math when the specific heat capacity varies with temperature.) We want to post-process the resulting data using T(u) in order to to show heat maps of the temperature T.
