20230110 Update the Sirepo 'silas' app and move to production

There is no hard deadline for this effort. The 'laser cavity' tab will be replaced by something rather different. For now, we'd like to focus on the 'crystal' tab and push it to production in approximately one month or so.

It would be good to configure the app so the 'laser cavity' tab is not shown at all, for the time being. If possible, it would be great to change the URL short name from 'silas' to 'laser'

Changing the short url is actually a lot of work, because use it as the internal code name, too, so a lot of code and files have to be renamed.

ok, then let's stick with 'silas' as it's not a terrible name and is actually an approximate anagram
