20230110 Generalize the 'crystal' tab in the 'laser' app (aka 'silas') #92

The requested time scale is 4 to 6 weeks.

This is a follow-on to issue #91

We want users to be able to switch from linear simulations (what is presently implemented in the Sirepo app) to nonlinear simulations.

The workflow for nonlinear simulations is captured in this notebook, https://github.com/radiasoft/rslaser/blob/master/examples/thermal/NLThermalSaturation.ipynb

After discussion with @moellep and @k-wolfinger, we decided that this tab is good enough as is and should be further improved in the future (if funding is available) in response to user feedback.
