zgoubi: show determinant of the matrices #1638

From a zgoubi user:

The only thing I may suggest is to print the determinant of the matrices (as a way to check the symplecticity of the tracking which is particularly useful when tracking in fieldmaps) and probably define the step size as an input parameter for each element, if possible. This could help speed up the calculation in particular for lattices with long drifts.

From a zgoubi developer:

The step size, called “Integration Step” is already in the parameter list for non-drift elements. When you click on, or hover over, a (non-drift) beamline element, three buttons appear: ‘Copy’, ‘Add to Beamline’, and ‘Edit’. Click ‘Edit’ to see the full list of parameters for that element. Drifts can be crossed in a single step, so there is no need to specify the step size for them.
