SRW - smart processing of propagation parameters for multiple watch points #202

Need to implement "smart" processing of propagation parameters for intermediate watch points, so that the resizing is done for only the watch point report calculation, but not for the whole beamline, i.e. each watch point should have 2 drifts - one for the intermediate watch point report, and another one - for the downstream beamline elements. This will help to speed up some calculations with many intermediate watch points.
