add infinite coherence length error #4921

If the beam is fully coherent, the coherence length would be infinite. In this case shown an error message for the appropriate axis, ex. "Horizontal coherence length: the beam is fully coherent causing the coherence length to be infinite".

This error will occur when the emittance aproaches lambda/(4*pi)
