SRW - create Double Crystal Monochromator optical element #540

Request from the NSLS-II CHX beamline scientist:

That would be very convenient and useful to many beamline scientists to have a single Double Crystal Monochromator (DCM) optical element instead of having two separate crystals.

We have an increasing interest in this functionality from the beamline staff, so increasing the priority.

This is important. After it is implemented, it should be used to test the finite bandwidth capability.

Too many 1st priorities, reduce priority to 2nd (2+). Will take care of it after other 1st priority issues are solved.

@bnash, here is the issue we discussed today at CHX.

@moellep Here is the ticket item. I think it could assume that both crystals are the same. One needs to specify the distance between them and the angle, (though I believe that to 0th order, this may be determined from the Bragg angle) otherwise, all the other fields come from the single crystal.
