Shadow: link to user guide is broken #6968

This link is no longer working, https://www.esrf.fr/pub/scisoft/shadow3/Shadow3Primer.pdf

Many actively maintained websites are still using it. I cannot find an alternative link.

I created an issue here, https://github.com/oasys-kit/shadow3/issues/67

Perhaps it would be better to reference the Shadow Github page instead...? Not sure.

The PDF can be linked from here, https://github.com/oasys-kit/shadow3/files/14842480/Shadow3Primer.pdf However, I don't know whether this link will change over time.

The GitHub link in the comment above has been deemed to be the appropriate link for the Shadow user guide, at least for the foreseeable future.

Please update the Sirepo-Shadow UI accordingly.
