SRW: extract integrated intensity from 2D plots #837

The IGOR Pro implementation of SRW allows the user to specify horizontal and vertical bounds for a 2D intensity plot, from which the integrated intensity is calculated.

An active SRW user has requested that this capability be implemented in Sirepo.

I will ask for a pointer to the relevant code in IGOR Pro.
