PBM not executing after DEM simulation #31

The PBM executable is not able to find the the LIGGGHTS data files in the sampledumpfiles dir: 2 simulations have crashed because of the same issue 

Diameter data is missing in LIGGGHTS output file
Input parameters for DEM core and diameter aren't matching with LIGGGHTS output file

one still has the float in the diameter where as in the second one the files did not copy into the dir
