please do not start a section with a subsection #45

E.g.,

section 2.3 will be modified so will be addressing it then.

2 and 2.1 cannot be linked since it discusses the bkgd of all the components thus requires no statement prior to the start of the 2.1. ( I know it may be a bad practice but no statement is required there)

Similar for 3.1 and 3.1.1 and 3.2 and 3.2.1 filling with generic statements would not make any sense there

4.1 - 4.1.1 and 4.2 - 4.2.1 I cannot think of any filler statements to introduce the results as there would be no useful message being communicated with those statements.
