End-to-end adaptive workflow example. #7

Show an end-to-end example of how an (adaptive) workflow would be codified and then executed.

Focus on refining the separation between user-facing interface and runtime system(s).

I think this is probably best handled with a combination of sample (pseudo-code), cartoons/diagrams, and terse prose. I will be adding links and content to the shared google doc "End to end use cases"
