Tentatively scheduled for March 16 (day long). Rutgers team arrive the evening before.

The date of Rutgers' visit is set on Tue, May 8th (Full day).

I propose that we start to prepare an agenda for our meeting. We can either keep this ticket and populate this one, or start another ticket.
