Provide small test datasets #117

Can we have test datasets and/or configurations that execute very short running simulations, i.e., in thre order of a couple of minutes runtime? This would be beneficial for the automated tests, also this would allow us to use the 'development' queue on Archer.

I have added new config files for coco-amber to fit in the walltime of the 'short' queue on archer : https://github.com/radical-cybertools/ExTASY/tree/devel/config_small.
