Gareth commented that since we just ask users to download the example files (along with the rcfg and wcfg) files for the tutorial separately, this could be simplified either into:
A single tarball that contains everything i.e. one download per workflow/host combination.
A script included in the extasy distro installed via pip so you could just do get_extasy_tutorial_files or similar...
