This moves RA to Python3.

Hey Matteo - this seems to work now, in the sense I get reasonable, complete and correct results for Py3 RP runs. Alas, it turns out the tests are broken. I went through them and cleaned several errors which must have crept in over time. One thing I realized is that several tests are not actually meaningful tests - I added FIXMEs for those, and would be happy to get your feedback.

The tests pass now - but I disabled the tests which use the invalid profiles.

Note that it was always the tests which needed fixing (and quite many fixes at that) nowhere the code :-/ Now I wonder though how long the tests have been failing...
