This configures Sphinx to use nbsphinx to render Jupyter notebooks as documentation pages. It also add two revised and expanded documentation pages about duration analyses and resource utilization. It still has to be tested with readthedocs. I might be able to do that before merging, otherwise I will test it once this is part of devel.
