SAGA-PIlot does not expose pre-exec scripts, and, thinking about it, it is probably unnecessary, as that use case should be covered by submitting multiple commands (i.e. a multiline script), which is well possible. This could be made simpler perhaps, but that is something we can optimize when users ask for it...
