Current capabilities:

user can restart simulation from the last completed cycle if simulation fails. Simulation state is serialized to .pkl file after every cycle. This feature will remain a part of RepEx.
user can specify an acceptable number of failed replicas. If this number is exceeded, replicas are restarted. This feature currently is not exposed to the user. Feature should be implemented in EnTK's execution patterns.
