additional slurm state: OUT_OF_MEMORY #832

Can you add the OUT_OF_MEMORY state mapping to FAILED? (per https://slurm.schedmd.com/squeue.html)

elif slurmjs in ['OOM', "OUT_OF_MEMORY" ]: return c.FAILED
