design - fix Safari mobile styling issues in pop-up #74

Currently, in Safari on Mobile, the close button is appearing blue, and too far to the left. Image attached:

this may be fixed with the popup-content-styling branch I just did, which adds the css to maplibre_style.css, rather than inheriting the default from maplibre.
