No loading indicators in dashboard and submit report #8

Description

There are no loading indicators when the application is doing some work.

Reproduction steps

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Observe that there is no loading screen while the dashboard is being populated with data.
  3. Submit a report.
  4. Observe that there is no loading indicator upon submitting a report.

Expected behavior

There should be loading indicators when the dashboard is being loaded and when a report is submitted.
