Mysteriously the program randomly got killed by the kernel. After some debugging this is because of a lack of memory. First the kernel gives you the memory, however later on it seems to decide that it made a mistake giving that memory to you and it will kill the process. Maybe increasing the memory of the host machine will allow us to keep all dutch hosts in memory (else execution time will increase significantly). Thanks in advance!
