break out project template as submodule #78

Suggest to maintain pentext project template in submodule repository.

Erm, isn't this "PenText" itself? As in: What's the added value of moving PenText itself out of this repo? Maybe the toolchain is a better fit to "rehome", if that's an issue?

@PeterMosmans you are right, I will do it the opposite way around and move everything, but pentext 👌
