This PR implements several breaking changes form the roadmap:

move the xml directory to the root directory of the repository
Remove chatops
Remove editor
Remove stale / unused files

After merging, I'll automagically create a new CHANGELOG.md and version tag: This will be 2.0.0 The CHANGELOG.md file will specifically mention the breaking changes.
