Big Rewrite #12

All of the remaining deprecated PHP snippets from the original SourceForge project have been purged. HTML has been moved into templates, making the PHP code much easier to follow Support for Elliptic Curve certificates has been added Any backend for Basic HTML Auth can be used, not just the built-in htpasswd system Other things I'm probably forgetting

If you feel like something should be changed/added before you're willing to merge, I'm happy to do it.
