Update radicle-link dependency #120

@cloudhead @geigerzaehler did you two coordinate on the disabling of syncing in the daemon? If this version of the seed deploys I think there'll be issues with syncing + rere

radicle-link part is done https://github.com/radicle-dev/radicle-link/pull/770 ;) Updating Upstream and making sure things play nicely :)

Looks like replication with Upstream does not work with the updated seed node. But it’s doesn’t work with the old seed node either.
