install script: don't ignore command-line arguments #150

Running the install script with --help proceeds with the installation. Bad user experience.

Of course this is an issue for the heartwood repo, but you have issues disabled there.

If there's a requirement that Heartwood works to report Heartwood not working... this might not be optimal...
