Preparatory work towards using Velocity with Cucumber

• preparatory work towards using Velocity with Cucumber
• begin using sweetAlert, instead of ugly generic Javascript alerts, to facilitate acceptance testing
• handles mugen form submits, instead of trying to handle problematic submit button clicks
• new skeleton directories for packages and tests
• upgraded to Meteor 1.1.0.2 compatibility

These may not seem like important changes. However, I have only to solve a problem I am having with Cucumber and then supply a tests/cucumber directory to initiate that functionality.

I wanted a preliminary partial commit in order to delineate clearly, the next commit which will consist of exactly one working Cucumber acceptance test scenario.

Thanks Martin, I've merging with your branch and it was awesome alert. I have also tested it and no bugs found with latest meteor update. Btw can You explain what will you do with velocity? What's your plan about using it in meteoris?
